1. 7-Day Full Refund Policy
We offer a 100% refund within the first 7 days of your purchase.
- No questions asked refund (subject to valid request submission process).
- Applies whether the service is utilized or not.
- Requires a valid email submission.
2. 30-Day Conditional Refund Policy
After 7 days but within 30 days, refunds are based on service usage:
- Full Refund: If no data generation or service output has occurred.
- No Refund: Once service output or data generation has started.
3. Valid Reason Requirement
Refund requests must include a valid reason.
We value our clients' success. If the request stems from usage difficulties, our expert team will provide dedicated support:
- Remote assistance via AnyDesk or similar enterprise tools.
- One-on-one training sessions to ensure full system utility.
Customer must cooperate by:
- Providing system access (AnyDesk) OR
- Attending training sessions.
4. Mandatory Email Request
All refund requests must be submitted only via email.

Refund eligibility will be calculated based on the email request date (within 7 or 30 days).
5. Custom Software Policy (Strictly Non-Refundable)
Due to the significant investment of time, specialized resources, and tailored development, custom-developed software is strictly non-refundable.
This is because it is developed based on specific client requirements and requires significant time, effort, and resources.
Exception: If the software is completely non-functional from delivery (Day 1), a request must be raised within 3 days. Beyond this window, no refunds can be processed.
6. Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India only.
7. Final Decision: SI Placements Internationals reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on policy compliance and evaluate validity of reasons and usage data.
